Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 16 business days, depending on processing time and your location. We process orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Yes. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are in new condition.

To begin a return or exchange, please email info@zarazephyr.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, you will receive a downloadable prepaid return label.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.

Orders placed before 18:00 GMT+1 (Monday to Friday) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed on the next working day.

We currently accept PayPal for all orders placed on our website. You can use your PayPal account to securely pay with a connected bank account, debit card, or credit card. We’re working on expanding our payment options soon to include major card providers and other digital wallets.
