Shipping policy

Zara Zephyr currently ships to all addresses within the United Kingdom. This shipping policy applies to all women’s clothing items available on our website, including shirts and tops, scarves and shawls, hats, socks and hosiery, and belts, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Order Processing & Cut-Off Times

  • Orders placed before 18:00 (6:00 PM) GMT, Monday to Friday, will begin processing on the same business day
  • Orders placed after 18:00 GMT, or on weekends, will be processed on the next business day
  • We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or UK public holidays

Handling Time

Once payment is confirmed, orders are typically prepared and packed within 1-4 business days.

Our fulfilment operations run Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Transit & Delivery Times

After dispatch, delivery generally takes 4-12 business days, depending on your location within the United Kingdom.

Please note:

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday
  • Weekend and public holiday deliveries are not available

Estimated total delivery time (processing + transit):
5-16 business days from the date the order is placed.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all UK orders.
There is no minimum purchase requirement.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with tracking details (where available), allowing you to follow your parcel’s progress.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Zara Zephyr is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Currency & Payment Information

All transactions are processed in GBP. If you choose to pay in another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates or additional fees, which are outside of our control.
