At Zara Zephyr, your satisfaction matters to us. We proudly offer returns and refunds on our women’s clothing collections, including shirts and tops, hats, socks and hosiery, and belts, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items provided that:
- The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date
- Items are new, unworn, unwashed, and unused
- All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
- Items are returned in resalable condition, free from stains, odors, makeup marks, or damage
For hygiene reasons, the following items must be returned unworn and unopened to be eligible:
- Socks and hosiery
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved:
- A prepaid return shipping label will be provided
- Return shipping is free of charge
- Returns are accepted by mail only (we do not offer in-store or drop-off returns)
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or variant, we are happy to help.
- Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Items must meet the same condition requirements as returns
- A prepaid return label will be provided
- No exchange fees or restocking fees apply

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds are processed within 12 days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed
All refunds are processed in GBP. If your original payment was made in another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates or additional fees beyond our control.
There are no restocking fees for any approved returns or exchanges.
